Job summary

SWEP in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead shift production and drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will coach a diverse team, coordinate with other departments, implement standard work, and pursue continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Commercial and/or Technical Education or experience in similar position.
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in manufacturing.
• 3 years’ supervisory experience.
• Experience in an ISO-certified manufacturing environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production control systems.

• Lead and manage the shift production department and plan tasks for the team.
• Facilitate communication between shifts and coordinate with other departments.

Come and join us!Lead and develop shift production and related activities. Drive production team in meeting and exceeding daily/weekly safety, quality, delivery and cost measurements.
