Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervising and managing production staff: This includes hiring, training, monitoring employee performance, providing feedback, and resolving conflicts.
• Executing production plans: Ensuring timely completion of orders, meeting production targets, and maintaining a smooth workflow.
• Maintaining a safe work environment: Enforcing safety regulations, conducting safety training, and ensuring compliance with all company policies.
• Upholding quality standards: Working with quality control to identify deviations, implement corrective actions, and ensure products meet established standards.
• Driving continuous improvement: Participating in and leading initiatives to optimize resources, processes, and overall production efficiency.
• Managing production costs and effective material usage: Minimizing waste and ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
• Liaising with other departments: Collaborating with other departments like quality control, maintenance, and logistics to ensure a cohesive operational strategy
