Qualifications

  • 1+ years of supervisory experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • 1+ years of project management experience, able to work independently on complex tasks.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

Job description

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in driving performance, safety, and quality across the shop floor. You will lead and develop hourly team members, build strong working relationships with union representatives and management, and help create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Through effective leadership and a commitment to standardized work, you will help ensure production lines run safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality levels.

You’ll Have
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • 1+ years of project management experience, demonstrating the ability to work independently on complex tasks
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends

  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
  • Knowledge of Constraint Management principles

This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $74,300-$124,500.
