Broadridge is growing! We are actively seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team in South Windsor, CT.

Schedule: Sun, Mon, Tue, alternate, Sat. 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Salary ranges between $61,000-$68,000 annually plus bonus.

Ideal candidates: Have at least 3 years of leadership experience and familiarity with automated machinery, preferably in a commercial print environment. Must be available for flexible schedules and overtime, including weekends.

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet cost per unit targets on the production floor, lead all aspects of labor, and prioritize client mailings to ensure efficient operations.
• Supervise production lines, delegate work, and ensure machines are operating efficiently with minimal downtime.
• Coordinate resources across departments, suggest process improvements, and maintain high quality standards.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels, train associates, and support talent retention.
• Sign off on all jobs, including material/media/indicia verification.
• Provide technical, quality, and ISO training to operators and cross-train associates to reduce labor costs.
• Manage mail industry production equipment, understand their capabilities, and optimize workflows.
• Prioritize jobs on the Must-Mail list, track hot jobs, and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with print room, forms, inkjet, scheduling to meet/exceed SLAs.
• Communicate material needs to warehouse staff and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Work with outside vendors for sorting needs and labor forecasting.
• Maintain safety standards.
• Mentor and develop production staff, conduct performance appraisals, and support career growth.
