Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Production Supervisor in Scandia, MN. The role focuses on hands-on leadership to develop teams, improve productivity, and drive operational success in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You'll supervise shifts, balance productivity with costs, ensure safety and quality, coach staff, and maintain schedules to meet daily production goals while delivering excellent customer service and product standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management and/or leadership experience required.
• Previous manufacturing or production supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience overseeing daily operations and managing employee performance.
• Ability to motivate teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor for a manufacturing company in Scandia, MN. • Pay: $25-$28/ Hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
