Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in manufacturing, production, or operations environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Associate degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles (5S) and continuous improvement.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems and data analysis tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
