Job summary

Albaugh, LLC is seeking a Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in daily manufacturing operations in Saint Joseph, Missouri. The role emphasizes safety, product quality, and efficiency, with accountability for equipment performance, process control, and housekeeping in the unit.

The candidate should have a high school diploma and at least 3 years of experience in a chemical or industrial manufacturing setting, with a readiness to work overtime to meet business needs and a strong safety

• Safely and effectively operates and controls equipment and instrumentation in the assigned manufacturing unit.
• Maintains and monitors process equipment in accordance with established procedures and processes.
• Maintains and improves safety in the unit and is responsible for housekeeping in operating areas.
• Supports and adheres to the principles of Responsible care and applicable requirements by protecting the environment and assuring the health, safety, and security of our employees, vendors, customers, suppliers, and our community.
• Performs additional work as assigned by manager.
• Lead team in the implementation of and compliance with environmental, safety, and health requirements.

Position Overview

The Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of technicians in daily operations within their manufacturing area to drive results in safety, product quality, and optimization and is expected to obtain results through development of their team, influencing and personal proficiency.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to the department manager, the Supervisor will:

• Safely and effectively operates and controls equipment and instrumentation in the assigned manufacturing unit.
• Maintains and monitors process equipment in accordance with established procedures and processes.
• Maintains and improves safety in the unit and is responsible for housekeeping in operating areas.
