Job summary

Bellwood Enterprises in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a 15–20 person team on the 2nd shift (2pm–10pm). This hands-on role focuses on safe operations, employee development, and achieving production targets on a fast-paced automated manufacturing floor.

You will oversee safety, quality, productivity, staffing, and continuous improvement while holding employees accountable and resolving production issues. Build a strong team culture and drive performance across shifts.

Job description

Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 base + bonus

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2nd Shift 2pm-10pm
