ID Logistics US in Riverside, CA is seeking a B2C Production Supervisor to manage workflow, coach staff, and ensure process efficiency. You will coordinate training, monitor performance, and act as a liaison between staff and management.

The role oversees 30-50 associates in B2C/B2B and requires strong communication, problem solving, and bilingual Spanish capabilities. This on-site position offers a competitive salary and bonus opportunities.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED; BS/BA in Logistics/Supply Chain, general business relevant field preferred; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• At least three years proven experience as supervisor or relevant role in a distribution, 3PL or warehouse environment.
• Proven experience with problem solving skills, troubleshooting and analysis, and taking initiative
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relationship building and customer facing experience
• Bilingual in Spanish, both read and write

Responsabilidades

• Follows established operational procedures for incoming/outgoing shipments and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure training is completed (OSHA equipment, compliance) and maintain records for audits.
• Manage budget and meet customers' requirements.
• Meet/exceed KPI goals and customer satisfaction.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Set goals and assign tasks to subordinates.
• Develop schedules, monitor work, and implement productivity standards.
• Provide feedback and coaching to employees.
• Handle complaints and investigations as needed.
• Maintain payroll records for hourly reports daily and weekly approvals.
• Enforce company policies and conduct disciplinary actions when needed.
• Maintain safe/work environment per regulations.
• Handle accident investigations and witness statements.
• Follow GMPs and report noncompliance.
• Observe safety rules and enforce as appropriate.
• Manage 30-50 associates across B2C, B2B, and BTQ.

Position Overview

The B2C Production Supervisor is responsible for managing the workflow of their team or department by assigning tasks, supporting staff, monitoring results and reporting to senior management. They contribute to the efficiency of their department by reviewing and improving processes and setting targets for their teams. A supervisor is also responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.

Location: On-Site, Riverside, California

Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday 12:30pm-11:00pm (Schedule may fluctuate based on business needs)

Status: Exempt

Competitive Compensation: Annual salary of $70,304 -$75,00 plus a bonus opportunity. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education.

Key Responsibilities

• Follows established operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
• Primarily responsible for ensuring training is completed (OSHA equipment, compliance, etc.) and records are maintained for a variety of needs including OSHA, customer, and other audits.
• Manages key operational requirements within the budget and according to customers’ requirements.
• Meets and exceeds customer satisfaction through strong understanding of customer expectations, meet and exceeds KPI goals.
• Addresses and helps resolve customer complaints both verbally and written directly and indirectly.
• Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
• Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Receive complaints and resolve problems.
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records by inputting payroll data (hours, comments) for hourly direct reports daily and approving weekly.
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations.
• Able to handle accident handling (injury management, witness statements, reporting and investigation).
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Will manage 30-50 associates in B2C, B2B and BTQ.

Requirements

Education and Experience
