BEA is seeking a Production Supervisor to own day-to-day production execution. You will lead operators, balance daily labor, ensure standard work, and escalate safety, quality, material, and equipment issues to meet daily output targets while maintaining a positive work environment.
You will collaborate with Quality, Warehouse, Customer Service, Shipping/Receiving, and Production leadership to drive smooth operations.

Direct hierarchical authority of: Operations Team Members I, II & III
Functional authority towards: Daily production execution, operator guidance, training compliance, shift-level escalation, and standard work adherence
Main collaboration with: Production Manager; Production Coordinator II; Operations Team Members; Area Leadership; INDUS; Quality Control; Customer Service; Shipping/Receiving; Warehouse
The Production Supervisor owns day-to-day production execution. This role leads operators, manages daily labor allocation, maintains standard work adherence, escalates safety, quality, material, and equipment issues, and ensures that the production team meets daily output targets while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
Degree(s) or certification(s): High School Diploma or GED required; technical associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Re-certification requirements: N/A
Professional experience required (min.):
Three to five years of leadership experience in a manufacturing/production environment or equivalent; supervisory experience preferred.
Manufacturing processes, work instructions, safety expectations, quality requirements, daily management, SQDCP, standard work, people leadership, and 6S.
IT skills: ERP and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
