Innophos seeks a Production Supervisor for the Afternoon Shift to lead daily operations in a 24/7 manufacturing area. You will direct a team of about 20 hourly employees on the floor, with hands-on leadership and ownership of safety, quality, output and cost in your area.
This role requires 5+ years in manufacturing with 2+ years supervising hourly teams; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, with an Associate's degree also considered.

The ProductionSupervisor leads daily operations in an assigned manufacturing area within a 24/7 environment, directing a team of approximately 20 hourly employees. It's a hands‑on leadership role with clear ownership of safety, quality, output, and cost in your area.
This is a hands‑on role. You'll spend meaningful time on the production floor conducting field visits and engaging directly with operators. Required PPE includes safety shoes, hard hat, safety glasses, earplugs, mask, goggles, insulated gloves, safety vest, harness, and hair net — provided as needed for the work area.
