Oldcastle is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Napoleon, OH facility. You will lead a manufacturing team of 10–20 employees to achieve safety, productivity, and quality goals while driving continuous improvement.
The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to optimize operations and control costs. A background in manufacturing and a commitment to an incident-free workplace are essential.
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading a manufacturing production team to work injury-free/incident free in a manufacturing environment. They will provide leadership and direction for their team in a way that motivates them to meet all productivity, safety, and quality goals. They are driven to continually improve performance and embrace changes that will help both their team and company meet production standards. They normally will lead a team of 10-20 team members.
This position will be based in our Napoleon, OH facility.
This job involves the following physical demands: walking, standing, bending, stretching, using hands and fingers to hold, grasp, push, and lift items A large percentage of work time is spent in a plant where temperatures can range from cool to hot and noise level can be moderate to high Lifting may be required with assistance provided if needed, up to 40 lbs.
