Production Supervisor - Aerospace Components Manufacturer - All shifts

Emerge is actively recruiting experienced candidates for a direct-hire Production Supervisor position in Morristown, TN, on behalf of a growing aerospace components manufacturer. Due to continued expansion, we are hiring one supervisor per shift. We are looking for leaders with at least three years of experience in manufacturing production supervision. Ideal candidates will bring expertise in team leadership, achieving production goals, maintaining safety standards, and driving operational performance.

Key Responsibilities for the Production Supervisor Job in Morristown, TN include:
