Austin Allen Company - Professional Recruitment is seeking a Production Supervisor in California to lead a high‑performing food manufacturing team. You’ll oversee production, drive safety, quality and continuous improvement, and manage budgets in a hands‑on role that develops supervisors and staff.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of leadership in food manufacturing, a food processing background, and strong leadership, organizational and computer skills.
