Job summary

KAD Staffing seeks a Production Supervisor in Milwaukee to lead daily production, manage labor and inventory, and coach team members for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include safety, quality, delivery, and cost focus, with collaboration across Engineering, Quality, and Materials to resolve issues and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on manufacturing leadership including daily production execution and labor planning.
• Ability to build trust, set expectations, coach teammates, and develop others.
• Strong attendance, dependability, and personal accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels and functional areas.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and follow-through on corrective actions.

• Ability to lead effectively through changing priorities, schedule pressure, and ambiguity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience using ERP or production systems for labor reporting, inventory transactions, production reporting, or schedule support. Experience in Syteline ERP a plus.
• Good mechanical aptitude, technical manufacturing exposure, curiosity, and interest in understanding how equipment, processes, and products work.
• Comfortable leading from the floor, removing barriers, and helping the team stay focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

• Maintain 6S standards through regular auditing, coaching, and ownership of workplace organization.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Materials, and other functional teams to resolve issues and recommend process or product improvements, including ECR opportunities.
