County Materials Family of Companies is seeking a Production Supervisor in Milwaukee, WI to oversee daily manufacturing and yard operations, lead Foreman and hourly team members, and partner with Location Leaders to meet quality, safety, and customer deadlines.

You will manage labor budgets, schedules, timecards, and production reporting, ensure OSHA compliance, drive continuous improvement, and develop staff while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency. Travel up to 40% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 6-8 years of related industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing and yard operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Adhere to production schedules and labor budget targets.
• Maintain quality standards and implement corrective actions.
• Budgeted labor allocation management.
• Oversee team member schedules and timecards.
• Prepare daily and weekly production reports for management.
• Coordinate with Quality Control to achieve production goals and timely delivery.
• Oversee material inventory to ensure resource availability.

• Evaluate and document performance of direct reports.

Job Summary

The Production Supervisor oversees and ensures consistent operation standards. This role involves developing and monitoring team members and meeting the demands of internal and external customers, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, customer specifications, and internal standards. This individual leads our Foreman, Hourly Team Members and works consistently with our Location Leaders driving exceptional quality while embracing the Company Vision and Mission Statement.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing and yard operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Ensures adherence to production schedules and meets or exceeds labor budget targets.
• Maintains quality standards and implements necessary corrective actions.
• Responsible for budgeted labor allocation.
• Manages and oversees team members' schedules and maintains daily timecards.
• Prepare daily and weekly production reports for management review.
• Coordinates with Quality Control and other plant supervision to ensure all production goals are achieved, meeting timely product delivery.
• Oversees material inventory to ensure timely availability of resources.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA and company safety standards, prioritizing team member safety.
