Job summary

Forte Opening Solutions in Marshfield, WI is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee plant activities and supervise overall production. You will allocate work, drive lean improvements, and ensure KPI targets are met with a focus on safety and quality.

You will lead a team across two shift options, conduct training, and coordinate with leadership to optimize schedules, resources and performance. A related-degree and manufacturing supervision experience are preferred.
