Job summary

Dana is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to oversee operations in our Louisville facility, responsible for leading production teams, monitoring quality and safety, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in a union environment.

The role demands strong leadership, prior supervisory experience, and familiarity with Lean, Kaizen and Kanban methods. Overtime and weekend work may be required as part of a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
• Computer proficiency in a Windows-based environment utilizing Microsoft Office.
• Strong focus on improving efficiencies.

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Prior experience supervising in a union environment.
• Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Must have the ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
