Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor position is a supervisory leadership role supported by on-the-job training, development, and opportunities for career progression. Production Supervisors are:

What you'll do...

• Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching, standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts
• Drive to exceed personal, team, and company goals by holding self and team to high performance standards through servant leadership
• Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams

Skills Required:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends

Experience Required:

• 1+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience
