As a new Production Supervisor at Barrett Petfood, you'll step into a role that requires hands-on leadership and dedication. Each day, you can expect to oversee production operations, ensuring that process efficiency and safety standards are met. You'll lead your team in problem-solving and will actively engage with staff to provide training and support, fostering a high-performance culture. Daily tasks will include coordinating production schedules, monitoring quality assurance, and troubleshooting any issues that arise on the floor. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday from 10PM to 6:30 AM (+$3.00 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL)
