Job summary

Barrett Petfood in Little Falls, Minnesota is hiring a Full-Time Production Laborer to join a dynamic manufacturing team. You will work on the production line, operating equipment, and contributing to high-quality pet food while upholding safety standards.

The role offers competitive pay ($19.00–$22.50/hour plus $3.00 shift differential) and a generous benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Previous production labor experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Mon-Fri schedule; night shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Add palletant (dry & liquid) to finished product
• Add color dies to product
• Move finished totes to warehouse and packaging departments using a forklift
• Record and print off labels
• Setup and calibrate pumps for each run
• Use Forklift to get supplies
• Follow GMP's and safety protocols
• Operate a floor scrubber
• Sweep, mop and sanitize throughout the facility
• Clean totes

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking through the factory.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.

You’ll collaborate with experienced team members who will provide support and guidance as you learn the ropes. Your expected schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
