Production Supervisor

Responsibilities
- You will ensure plant operations are performed safely and responsibly, maintaining full compliance with regulatory agencies and Linde policies.
- This role will be conducted in a dry ice facility.
- Schedule and coordinate dry ice production to meet customer demand, maintain adequate stock levels and monitor raw material deliveries.
- Maintain the facility’s professional appearance, image, and security, while providing job training, supporting employee career development, and supervising personnel fairly to promote motivation and empowerment.
- You will drive productivity initiatives to maximize plant capabilities and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day employee activities, conduct thorough accident/incident investigations, and complete all required reports with accuracy and detail.
- Support the efficient distribution of products while maintaining professional interactions with internal and external customers.
- Respond to emergency calls, conduct monthly safety meetings, assist with SOP implementation, and monitor the proper usage of plant assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of science preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
- At least two (2) years of supervisory experience, or one to two (1‑2) years of cylinder processor‑lead experience preferred.
- Production or distribution experience required.
- In‑depth knowledge of cylinder gases and processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory agencies including FDA, DOT, OSHA, and EPA required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft applications, Lotus Notes and CU.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Pay Range: $70,304 - $80,000 yearly.
