About the Role

This is a Production Supervisor role with a premier company in the local area. They’re really looking for someone who can step in to cover pre-shift meetings—and oversee a team of about 20 employees across multiple production lines. The person in this role would be responsible for driving the entire manufacturing process on the floor, from raw material conversion to packaging, while managing scheduling, timekeeping, and resolving daily operational and maintenance bottlenecks. You’d also handle the direct leadership side, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and staff development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in food, bakery, or beverage manufacturing (strongly preferred).
