Paint Facility Supervisor – Commercial Wet & Powder Coating

A growing manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Paint Facility Supervisor to lead operations at a standalone paint facility specializing in commercial wet paint and powder coating processes. This site is located approximately five miles from the main plant and requires a self-driven leader who can operate with autonomy while collaborating closely with the Production Manager and broader operations team.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise day-to-day production operations of the paint facility

• Lead and develop a team of production staff to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency

• Manage scheduling, workflow, and quality control for both wet and powder coating processes

• Maintain accurate records and utilize basic computer systems for reporting and communication

• Collaborate with the main facility leadership on production goals and continuous improvement initiatives

• Experience in a paint/coating environment (wet paint and/or powder coating required)

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing setting

• Strong communication and team-building skills

• Computer literacy – must be comfortable with basic systems and reporting tools

$60,000 – $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications
