Re:Build Manufacturing in Michigan is seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to lead and coach our production team. You will train and supervise personnel, align daily output with the production schedule, and drive quality and efficiency on the shop floor.

The role offers a fast-paced, hands-on environment with opportunities to mentor others and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The typical schedule is 6:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime on

Who we are looking for

We are seeking a motivated and organized Production Supervisor to lead and support our production team. In this role, you'll be responsible for training and supervising production personnel while driving the goals and output of our production operations. Key areas of responsibility include setting relevant operational goals and expectations for the team, ensuring team member training is current and adequate, and supporting daily operations. Our manufacturing schedule is 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Thursday with overtime on Friday, if necessary.
