We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Production Supervisor to join our team in Jonesboro, AR. In this role, you will play a vital part in overseeing our manufacturing operations, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce waste.
• Provide training and support in Manufacturing Instruction (MI) to ensure team members are skilled and knowledgeable.
• Monitor production metrics and address any issues that may arise to maintain optimal workflow.
• Collaborate with other departments to align production goals with overall company objectives.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and promote a culture of safety within the team.
• 10 Shift runs Monday-Thursday 3:30p-2:00a

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Instruction (MI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Experience with stamping press operations is highly .
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
