Job Description

Our client is a global life sciences company seeking a 2nd shift Production Supervisor for their facility east of Los Angeles. This facility has low turnover and the position is open due to internal movement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing leadership to an operations team of 5-10 operators on shift
• Spearheading continuous and process improvement initiatives
• Ensuring safety measures and regulatory compliance
• Monitoring equipment and processes to ensure quality products, troubleshooting issues as needed
• Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Managing attendance policies, PTO approvals, weekly time cards, and overtime

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000
