• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of hourly production employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Champion safety protocols, environmental policies, and company guidelines. Host safety meetings, investigate incidents, and promote best practices.
• Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance employee performance. Create clear expectations and hold team members accountable.
• Monitor productivity, implement lean manufacturing principles (5S, Six Sigma, TPM), and perform root‑cause analyses to address operational challenges.
• Oversee timekeeping, payroll reviews, and ensure compliance with all site pay policies.
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required (consider 5 years of experience in lieu of a degree).
• 15+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Exceptional bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001) and Lean Manufacturing principles (TPM, 5S, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with UKG and SAP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
