Wells is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations and drive safe, efficient production aligned with company goals. The role coordinates manpower, workflow, and resources across departments, with emphasis on training and continuous improvement.

This role coordinates manpower, workflow, and resources across departments to maintain quality, productivity, and cost control. The Production Supervisor plays a key role in training employees, enforcing standards, and driving continuous improvement within the production environment.
