• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Lead, coach, and develop production employees to maintain a safe, productive workforce.
• Manage daily and weekly production schedules based on demand, inventory, and capacity.
• Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Quality departments for uninterrupted production.
• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports on productivity, efficiency, scrap, downtime, and labor utilization.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and work-in-progress and communicate material requirements proactively.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Participate in production planning meetings and contribute to capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure ERP/MRP transactions are completed accurately and on time.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and experience in production planning to ensure efficient workflow, optimal resource utilization, and on-time delivery of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Lead, coach, and develop production employees to maintain a safe, productive, and engaged workforce.
• Manage daily and weekly production schedules based on customer demand, inventory levels, and capacity.

• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to interpret production reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Experience with production scheduling software is an advantage.
