Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Portland, OR operations. You will oversee daily production, ensure staffing levels, monitor labor productivity, and coordinate with customer service to maintain fill rates and on-time deliveries.

You will also interview, discipline, coach, and evaluate staff. Responsibilities include scheduling, setting objectives, guiding employees, identifying efficiency issues, and delegating tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual a plus.
• Good communication skills - written and verbal.
• High school diploma or general education preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must.
• Able to perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Production Supervisor experience required.

• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
• Guide and coach employees, monitor their productivity with documentation.
• Detect Production issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Delegate production work duties as needed.

Production Supervisor – Portland, OR

Overview:

Responsible for the daily production operation and continual efficiency improvement efforts within the plant. Ensure adequate staffing levels, constant monitoring of labor production, and inventory control. Communicates daily with customer service department staff. Ensures fill rates and delivery times are on schedule. Responsible for daily communication with employees and solving complaint/concern issues. Participate in interviews, discipline and coaching, and employee evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

Pay Rate:

$25-30/HR

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Qualifications:
