Job summary

Tecnocap LLC in West Virginia is seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, lead production teams, and ensure safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will organize daily activities, assign priorities, monitor performance and product quality, coach staff, and partner with Maintenance and Quality to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for a motivated and hands‑on Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team at our West Virginia facility. Your Role
