Job summary

General Shale is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Fort Valley, GA facility. The role focuses on leading production teams to meet safety, quality, and output goals while fostering a strong safety culture and coordinating maintenance for optimal uptime.

Candidates should have strong leadership, communication, and mechanical skills, with experience in PLCs, robotics, or automated systems being a plus; higher education or supervisory manufacturing experience is preferred.
