Job summary

General Shale Brick, Inc. in Augusta, GA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our highly automated manufacturing facility. You’ll drive safety, quality, and operational excellence while mentoring a team in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes coaching production staff, coordinating with maintenance for uptime, and using data-driven problem solving to optimize performance and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

This is an exciting leadership opportunity within a highly automated, team-oriented production environment, where you’ll play a key role in driving safety, quality, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:
