Job summary

REEB Millwork is seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor in Bethlehem to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

You will train staff, manage production schedules, monitor equipment and safety procedures, and uphold company values.

Qualifications

• Five or more years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Safe driver history/record required for insurance and liability purposes.

• Train and develop co-workers in their jobs.

Job description

We are currently looking for a 1st Shift Production Supervisor, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM +OT, Monday - Friday, to join our VALUES based organization. In this role you will focus on:

Responsibilities:

• Drive overall quality for product built, shipped to and received by customer.
• Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees, or assign employees to experienced workers for training.
• Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports, in order to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
• Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw productions or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.
• Responsible to train and develop co-workers in their jobs.

• Five or more years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with 2 years in a leadership role
• Valid driver’s license required. Safe driver history/record required for insurance and liability reason.
