Guardian Glass is looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team in Dewitt, IA!

As a Production Supervisor, you are responsible for developing your team into a high performing unit while advancing our vision and culture. What You Will Do

1. Lead, track and improve performance on key department goals and objectives
2. Develop crew members to improve individual and organizational performance
3. Lead performance management and corrective action processes
4. Continuously improve plant performance through process improvements
5. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production requirements
6. Work with upstream and downstream processes (and people), to exceed customer expectations

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

1. Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
2. Able to work a rotating shift schedule OR ability to work a straight night shift
