Job summary

Todd's Food's - Co-Packing is seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to lead a small production team on the manufacturing floor. You will guide tasks, monitor performance, and ensure a safe, efficient, and high‑quality operation while hands‑on production tasks are performed as needed.

You will use computers and production software to track daily output, ensuring accurate records and strong communication with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain with company training.
• Proficient with basic computer usage and spreadsheets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Preferred Experience

• Background in food manufacturing or similar industrial environments.
• Previous experience supervising or leading a team.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
