Job summary

Tempur Sealy is seeking a Production Supervisor in Denver to oversee a production team within our manufacturing facility. You will coordinate daily operations, monitor output quality, and drive safety and efficiency standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires supervisory experience, a solid grasp of MS Office, and the ability to manage materials, records, and process improvements. Tempur Sealy offers strong benefits and opportunities for career growth in a global bedding leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or certification in a related field preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• Capable working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other data-entry programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a specific department within the production process.
• Coordinate the team's activities to achieve production and safety goals.
• Inspect the team’s output for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain time and production records.
• Estimate production material needs and manage inventory.
• Teach and enforce safety policies to achieve zero incidents.
• Collaborate with team and management to improve production and safety.
• Mediates and resolves conflicts within the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $62,000 - $88,000

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

• Manage and oversee a specific department and team within the production process.
• Coordinate the team's activities to accomplish the established production and safety goals.
• Manage and inspect the team's output to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain time and production records.
