Our client seeks a hands-on Production Supervisor with injection molding experience to lead second shift operations at a Vermont manufacturing facility. The role focuses on supervising production for critical medical devices and components, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety, and efficiency.

The position requires strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Hands on production supervisor for critical medical devices, components.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and optimize injection molding machines and molds.
• Monitor processing parameters and maintain product quality using SPC/SQC techniques.
• Perform preventative maintenance, root cause analysis, and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and production issues.
• Maintain accurate production and process documentation.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure efficient operations.
