Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a shift, maximize productivity, and safeguard quality and safety in our Dunkirk plant.
You will steer the processing or packaging schedule, drive cost efficiency, and mentor hourly teams as part of the plant’s continuous improvement efforts. The role requires practical supervisory experience in manufacturing, a high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices.

As a Production Supervisor, you will be the leader of your shift. You are responsible for maximizing productivity and efficiency, while minimizing costs, maintaining excellent quality standards, employee safety, and sanitation levels. In this role you will be a problem solver that drives Continuous Improvement efforts across the plant.
Salary: $75,229.20 to$99,782.00 per year
