Job summary

The supervisor will coach and develop team members, maintain discipline, and drive continuous improvement through daily execution and effective communication across all shifts and departments.

• Ensure staffing, training, and skill coverage; improve productivity and reduce downtime; develop team members.
• Identify waste and drive process improvements across shifts and departments.

PURPOSE:

The role is responsible for the overall performance of an assigned production area across all shifts. It ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations while maintaining strong leadership on the production floor. The position focuses on driving daily execution, meeting production targets, and ensuring consistent adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards. In addition, the role is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing employees, while promoting accountability, continuous improvement, and effective communication across all shifts and departments.
