Job summary

Vie-Del is seeking a Production Supervisor to help develop daily production and employee schedules to meet production and shipping requirements. Under supervision from the Production and Assistant Production Manager, you will assist in scheduling activities of production staff to achieve production, quality, safety and sanitation goals.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work all three shifts, and a valid California driver’s license with a clean DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily production and employee schedules to meet production and shipping requirements.
• Assist in scheduling activities of production employees and supervisors to meet goals.
• Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with Vie-Del’s policies, the union contract and applicable laws, ensuring asset security.
• Support quality, safety and sanitation objectives across production lines.

Assist in scheduling activities of production employees and supervisors to achieve specific production, quality safety and sanitation goals. Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with Vie-Del’s policies, the union contract and all applicable laws and ensure the security of the Company’s assets .Ability to be detail oriented. Must pay attention to details. Must have a Valid California Driver’s license with a clean DMV record.
