Responsibilities

  • Supervise warehouse staff and communicate job expectations.
  • Plan, monitor, and appraise production results; coach staff.
  • Schedule personnel and assign tasks to meet production goals.
  • Maintain GMP and safety standards on the plant floor.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and QA to resolve issues.
