The H&S Family of Bakeries is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee operations in a high-quality baking environment. Responsibilities include managing daily production workflows, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met, and addressing any employee issues that arise. Candidates should have significant experience in sanitation management and effective communication skills.

Together, our baked goods can be found in a wide range of establishments, from fast food and quick-service restaurants to cafeterias, hospitals, grocery stores and universities.
As the Production Supervisor, you will oversee the makeup area to ensure smooth production operations and maintain a focus on safety, sanitation, and quality. Your role involves coordinating with previous supervisors, monitoring the production floor, addressing employee issues, and upholding high standards in cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.
