Production Supervision Manager - Mixed LP2 (2nd shift)

Job Summary

Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line, including Service Shops. Impact the quality of your work and that of your team. Execute standard operational and technical tasks within instructions and routines, with some flexibility to adapt sequences based on work situations.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage a production operation or business unit to meet targets in quality, cost, delivery, and safety. Drive continuous improvement based on benchmarks and standards. Lead salaried team members (excluding hourly production supervisors).
  • Expand technical knowledge to support policy and strategy execution. Support specialized technical roles while developing higher-level skills.
  • Understand key business drivers and how your team’s work contributes to broader objectives.
  • Make decisions within a defined framework, resolving issues requiring technical knowledge and judgment. Consult senior team members for complex issues.
  • Lead a junior team, develop customer relationships, and communicate technical information effectively.
Required Qualifications
  • In the USA: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing or production experience.
