You will oversee hourly production teams, lead Lean initiatives, manage KPIs, and collaborate with SAP/ERP systems and office tools to optimize performance. This full-time onsite role requires strong leadership and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of operational leadership experience in manufacturing.
- Experience leading operations in 24/7 production environments.
- Strong leadership, supervisory and communication skills.
- Experience managing large hourly production teams.
- Understanding of manufacturing KPIs, lean manufacturing and 5S.
- Operational troubleshooting with ERP/SAP knowledge.
