Job summary

Flowers Foods, West Jordan, UT, is seeking a production supervisor with strong leadership to plan, manage and direct the work of a production team. The role focuses on cost effective, high quality output while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across the manufacturing floor.

• Participates in accident investigation process.
• Performs shift supervisors duties when necessary.
• Promotes positive employee relations.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc).
• Performs other duties as directed by supervision.
• Adheres to attendance policies and other operating rules.

Plans, manages and directs the work of Production and other manufacturing supervisors. Ensures cost effective, quality production of products according to standards. Requires constant interaction with work group and other departments at the primary work location. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect affect on product safety, legality and/or quality.

Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities

• Develops, plans, manages and directs the work of production and other manufacturing supervisors.
• Ensures cost effective, quality production of products.

Salary Range- 87541.55 - 96756.45
