Job summary

Wisenbaker-Builder-Services is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations with a focus on productivity, quality, and safety. You will guide a crew, train staff, and remove roadblocks to keep production on schedule while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

In this role, you will collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and logistics to ensure smooth workflows, drive continuous improvement, and monitor performance metrics for leadership review.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing or production, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, production schedules, and workflow optimization.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience is a plus.
• Commitment to safety and maintaining a positive, protected environment.
• Ability to adapt to change and lead through shifting priorities.
