Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Mid Level Production Supervisor to lead 2nd shift production supervisors in a fast-paced poultry/food manufacturing setting in Fredericksburg, PA. The role focuses on meeting daily targets, ensuring quality, and driving continuous improvement across safety, yield, and efficiency.

The candidate will oversee 40–50 staff, coordinate staffing and training, and collaborate with maintenance, plant leadership, and regulatory bodies to uphold HACCP/documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Agriculture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3+ years of supervisory experience in poultry or food manufacturing.
• Experience or strong background in high-volume food production environments.
• Strong background in HACCP, GMP, USDA, and OSHA compliance.
• Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and drive operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work in cold, wet, and physically demanding environments.

Responsibilities
