Job summary

Medisca is seeking a Production Staging Clerk to coordinate with Demand Planning and Production Leads and ensure packaging components are staged for daily operations. The role includes cross‑training as a Production Technician and lab support.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in warehousing, familiarity with MEDWMS/SYSPRO, and the ability to lift 25 kg+. This full‑time onsite position in Plattsburgh offers a 40‑hour week and company benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year in a warehouse environment.
• Chemical/pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 kg+ and operate forklift when needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Stage packaging components for production runs using MEDWMS and SYSPRO.
• Prioritize and organize according to the schedule.
• Document packaging masters per procedure.
• Monitor packaging component inventory and cross‑reference SYSPRO.
• Coordinate with production and labs to ensure smooth operations.
